First Class Post
First class post is not recorded so there is no way to track your ticket delivery, for this reason we would always recommend opting for TOD ticket collection in the first instance, then Special Delivery where TOD is not possible to avoid any problems with lost in post tickets. However we appreciate that TOD ticket collection and Special Delivery mail may not always be a suitable option for our customers.
- First Class mail is normally delivered the next working day (including Saturday) however please allow five working days for delivery.
- First class mail is only available up to five days before your departure date
- NB if you book after 3pm, your tickets may not be sent until the following day
- If your tickets do not arrive within five working days please call us on 0906 2000 500*
If you do opt for First class delivery please check your address carefully BEFORE you proceed to pay. If you notice that any of your details are incorrect please call us immediately on 0906 2000 500*
