Anytime tickets can be used at any time on the route to your destination on your chosen date(s). They are sold as Single tickets.

Refundable before the ticket's start date. A £5 admin fee may apply.

Same price, no matter when you book.

Availability

Tickets can be bought in advance or immediately before travel. You can reserve a seat on many longer distance services. Valid on dates shown.

Discounts

50% discount applies for children aged 5 to 15 inclusive.

1/3 off adult fares with the following Railcards: Senior Railcard, HM Forces Railcard, Disabled Persons Railcard, Veterans Railcard and Two Together Railcard. A minimum fare may apply.

Break of Journey

Outbound:

Break of journey permitted on selected routes - take pit stops at stations on the route between your start and end stations.

Inbound:

Not applicable - Single tickets only.

Change of Journey

Anytime Single tickets are valid for travel from the date shown on your ticket, so you can travel on that day, the next day, and up to 04:29 in the morning the day after that. To change your date of travel, you can do this up to 23:59 the day before travel. To change your origin, destination or class of travel, you can refund and rebook your ticket online (up to 23:59 the day before travel online) or amend it at the station (before your train's departure).

If your journey is disrupted, you may be able to use your ticket at no extra cost on alternative trains, or get a full refund if you no longer wish to use it. National Rail Conditions of Travel apply.
