Changes to the booked helicopter flight must be agreed with Great Western Railway telesales before the start of the journey.
Refunds
Wholly unused tickets are refunded. An administration charge is deducted. to the rail portion of the ticket only. The helicopter portion is only refunded if helicopter reservations are cancelled with Great Western Railway telesales before the helicopter leaves.
Validity and reservation requirements
Reservations are not required by this ticket type, but may still be forced by a selected timetabled mandatory-reservations train service.
