Trainlink C tickets are a fare that covers both the 319 bus from Skemersdale and unlimited train travel on Merseyrail trains in Area C.
Trainlink C tickets may be used on any services after 09.29 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and anytime at weekends.
Availability
Ticket offices and on the 319 stage coach bus.
The bus portion of the ticket is only valid for a return journey, the rail portion of the ticket is valid off peak all day on the date stated on the ticket.
Discounts
Children (aged 5 to 15 inclusive) are offered a 50% discount.

Refunds
If you bought a ticket and then decide not to travel, you may be entitled to a refund.
To request a refund please complete the Comments form, available from any of our staffed stations or you can download one via the Merseyrail website.

Please ensure that if you are posting a high value ticket that it is sent by recorded delivery. If you hand in your refund form at any of our stations, staff will arrange for it to be forwarded to our Customer Relations Team. If you no longer have your ticket, please contact us.
All applications for refunds requested due to a change of plan will be subject to a £10.00 administration charge.
Validity and reservation requirements
Reservations are not required by this ticket type, but may still be forced by a selected timetabled mandatory-reservations train service.
